SimplyPhi have dedicated transaction management professionals within the team, serving distinct roles through the purchase process. 

Once an offer for a property has been accepted, our transaction team will instruct, coordinate and oversee the entire – due diligence process through to exchange and completion of contract, including both legal (title and contract) and technical (surveys) aspects.

Our due diligence processes are designed to identify any concerns early to avoid incurring unnecessary time and cost. We incorporate critical aspects that are pertinent to the subsequent refurbishment, occupancy and ongoing maintenance of the homes purchased. 

Our team will incorporate and review terms as relevant, based on the due diligence findings of legal reports and technical surveys. We will incorporate client input and seek to mitigate risk where necessary.

We target completion of a property purchase within 8-10 weeks and provide real-time visibility on transaction progress via a live dashboard to assist the forward planning of resident placements.
