When closing off a project, we verify that the full scope of works has been completed. We handle all survey coordination during acquisition, from Gas Safety and EICRs to Asbestos Surveys and FRAs, including managing third-party specialists like damp, roofing, or asbestos consultants when needed.

Each stakeholder is given the right level of access, from surveyors and contractors to client approvers, with each action time- and date-stamped by the user. Permissions ensure only authorised users can approve spend and sign off key stages, keeping governance tight and transparent.
